If 80% of your staff dislike their own work what can you do.
One of several most important factors in the expansion of a down line that cranks out dependable residual income is constant growth that exceeds the turnover rate. All organisations encounter employee, contractors or workforce turnover. Even volunteer organisations have a problem with turnover. The shrewd ones seek to keep it to a minimum because it is just plain good business.
Research conducted recently showed that only 20% of workers in the questioned companies were fully engaged. That suggests that 80% were looking for other jobs, disinterested in their job and in the extreme hated their work but came anyway. Who wants staff that detest their work coming through the door every single morning? That simply can’t be good for moral or productivity. Seems like some sort of recipe for disaster to me.
Like the expense of obtaining new customers, replacing distributors in a downline is hard. It is much better to keep them content and make sure that they are active in search of new customers and distributors rather than a completely new company.
It is not at all always about income as most people today would expect. Respect is a much larger factor in how people think about their relationship to a network marketing company as well as their own up-line leaders. If a company disrespects their marketers the marketers usually tend to pass on the disrespect to the customers. Have you ever wondered why a waitress serving customers is on edge if you can listen to the owner/cook in the kitchen yelling at her? Do you really expect it to be different?
Wonderful products are certainly not sufficient these days to assist a network marketing business realise success. In the previous twenty years company head offices have been firing employees, taking away lunch rooms, dropping in house journals, chopping away at the staff picnic and generally attempting to be as financially efficient at the expense of employees. So now these kinds of employees mistreated by corporate managers everywhere will be the individuals you end up prospecting into your downline and you wonder why they aren’t committed to your downline? To your plan?
