Iced coffee beverages are the best in this type of weather because it’s so refreshing.All coffee recipes are not equal. Here, I am sharing with you Starbucks iced coffee recipe so that you don’t have to sacrifice your cup of coffee just because the weather is too warm.
Cold coffee is a variety of a hot brewed coffee. Cold coffee does not mean prepare hot coffee and chill it in the freezer to make a cup of iced coffee. Recipe of iced coffee preparation is different from the way a hot coffee is brewed.
Top tips and tricks of cold coffee preparation
To prepare cold coffee you require a special pot, cold water, and coarsely grounded coffee beans or 2 shots of espresso.It is not required to heat coffee. You need to pour cold water in the pot, add the coarsely grounded coffee beans. You can soak the coffee grounds overnight in cold water also.
You can add few ice cubes, sugar syrup and a little chocolate flavoring. You can stir sugar into starbucks espresso machine and cool mixture.If you like milk and lots of sugar, you can consider sweetening your iced coffee using sweetened, condensed milk. You also need to adjust the coffee’s strength by adding water.You can add milk and pectin into espresso mixture and stir it again.
In some other variations, people add cloves and broken-up cinnamon in the mixture. Your iced coffee is ready and you can feel the same feeling of starbucks coffee house.
You should use leftover coffee to make coffee ice cubes and you can use them instead of only ice.
This technique of iced coffee preparation was engineered by Todd Simpson. In this method, cold water will extract the only coffee flavors from the beans.
