Here is what to look for when buying links.

Though not as effective as it may look like, site wide links are all about links which are spread across the site, or in several pages within the site. An example could be that site having ten thousand pages offering ten thousand backlinks. The point to be noted is that Google overlooks the large number of links which are originating from the same site. Though they may ignore many of the ten thousand backlinks, but you would nevertheless get back some value from this.

Article and directory submissions or backlinks from blog networks are other ways you could access great deals. You should not buy five different directory submission services, because they probably submit to the exact same sites. To get one of the best deals in the market with regard to directory submission, be prepared to spend a lot of time in research. Usually a deal where you get a thousand directory submissions is good.

Regarding article submission, avoid the mistake of buying services which end up with the same directories, so ask for a sample or list of the directories. Submission to a thousand article directories is to be treated as a fabulous deal. No more researching is recommended for striking a better deal, as all this would involve more hard work on your part.

When you buy backlinks a whole lot of links would be aimed at your site. While this is a good development, make sure that several anchor texts are used. After making some six to eight variances of you prime keywords, use all of them. For example if your main keywords are blue car, then creating variation would mean making new keywords keeping the original main keywords intact. Without taking this too much to heart, make sure that they are changed in between. If you are contemplating buying backlinks from blog networks, you have to watch out for the fact that the blogs are not from the same IP address. Pageranks can be ignored if they do not have any, but they ought to be indexed.

Deals also have the option of purchasing highly valued links from sites which have high pageranks. If you have a limited budget, there is no point in running after such expensive deals but it makes a lot of business sense if you invest in buying multiple links from sites which have zero to low pagerank. At the very least, always make sure the websites are at least indexed.
